Last week, I went on Net-a-Porter and ordered a lipstick, which cost me a small fortune (stupid price!), and didn’t arrive! I had hoped to be able to take it away with me; that didn’t happen. Google had apparently, for the first time ever, added my postcode incorrectly. Really?! To cut a long and extremely turgid story short, DHL rang me this morning and I’m hoping it will be delivered today. So, the 48 hour delivery has turned into 8 days. Has this happened to you?!

Perfect if your lips are aging! Chantecaille Lip Chic is a super
creamy, smooth, moisturising lipstick in some wonderful shades; my favourite colour is Sari Rose because I like a nude look that isn’t. I really love this product but buying it off-line is a challenge; you need a huge department store that stocks not-the-norm make-up.
Dior Lip Maximiser
I have been using this for several years and am desolate when I run out and don’t have a back-up supply! Christian Dior Addict Lip Maximiser Available in Pink and Sparkling, it is just fabulous! It tickles a little when you first use it, but then it’s just like a normal gloss EXCEPT, it plumps. I would rather use this than acquire a Trout Pout! Would you?!

Love, love, love this pencil. ILLUSION Lip enhancer kit Use it as a lip liner or apply all over your lips to help your lipstick stick; it will match your skin colour and is creamy and waxy. As we age, our mouths become less defined, we acquire railroad tracks and need a little help to look plumper. This liner, because it is nude, helps create the illusion of fuller lips, especially because you can apply it just outside your own lip line!
Diet and Anti-Aging
Good food is a basic requirement for a good life and a necessity as we age, particularly if we want to age younger and maintain our physical strength and maximum brain function.

There are several specific foods that help us physically and mentally as we age, and they contain many of the vitamins and minerals we can no longer absorb adequately, because of the aging process. One of the major mineral deficiences many of us experience is Magnesium. Helpful, with Vitamn D and Calcium for prevention and slowing of Osteoporosis, it is also beneficial in easing leg cramps. Dealing with Stress by Changing Your Diet!
□ If you eat something and no one sees you, it has no calories.
□ If you drink a diet soda with a candy bar, the calories in the candy bar are cancelled by the diet soda.
□ When you eat with someone else, calories don’t count if you do not eat more than they do.
□ Foods used for medicinal purposes NEVER count, such as hot chocolate, brandy, toast and Sara Lee Cheesecake.
□ If you fatten up everyone around you, then you look thinner.
□ Movie related foods do not have additional calories because they are part of the entertainment package and not part of one’s personal fuel. Examples: Milk Duds, Buttered Popcorn, Junior Mints, Red Hots & Tootsie Rolls.
□ Cookie pieces contain no calories. The process of breaking causes calorie leakage.
□ Things licked off knives and spoons have no calories if you are in the process of preparing something.
□ Foods that have the same color have the same number of calories. Examples are: Spinach & Pistachio Ice Cream, Mushrooms & Mashed Potatoes.
□ Chocolate is a universal colour and may be substituted for any other food colour.
□ Anything consumed while standing has no calories. This is due to gravity and the density of the calorific mass.
□ Anything consumed from someone else’s plate has no calories since the calories rightfully belong to the other person and will cling to his/her plate. (We all know how calories like to cling!)
Remember: Stressed spelled backwards is Desserts!
